For any adjustments or inquiries about your AutoShip order, please call us at 1-800-474-7044. You can modify shipping addresses, payment details, or delay your next refill either online at www.nuvet.com or by contacting our office. Please note, changes in product quantity or refill frequency, as well as cancellations, must be done over the phone. We recommend reaching out before your next scheduled shipment if you need to make any changes. Keep in mind, returned products are not resold, and cancelled orders that have already been shipped incur a 20% destruction fee.
